When will my order be shipped?
Orders typically ship the same day or within 24-72 hours (1-3 business days) of receipt of your full payment, however, depending on your specific order requirements, it may take longer to process.
Shipping is closed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and all legal holidays.
Order received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will not ship until Monday and prioritized for shipping in the order received.
Tracking information is available by request but is normally emailed to you once the order ships.
Is International shipping available?
International shipping is available to all countries.
Please be aware that custom and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to your item once it reaches the destination country.
Each country has their own custom and import costs and it is highly suggested that you contact your local customs office for the amounts that you may be charged.
Can purchases be returned?
All purchases must be inspected within 7 days of receipt and must be returned within 30 days. Please inspect your purchase to your satisfaction and be sure that it is what you ordered and it was properly represented. If there is no claim after 7 days it will be considered a final sale. All sales are considered final, however as unique circumstances arise, each request for a refund will be evaluated on its own merit. ALL shipping costs associated with returns are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Can you help me find parts for my car?
Absolutely! If you don't see the part that you need, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the part description including year and model car. We will reply with a price quote and list the item on this site.
I need my order ASAP what should I do?
If you must have your order by a certain specific date, it is HIGHLY recommended that you contact us by email to verify that the order will arrive at your required time. Be aware that we have no knowledge of your delivery requirement. Processing, packaging and shipping time will always vary and unless we are aware of your requirements, your order may not be processed within your delivery requirements.
Is there a handling or restocking charge for returned orders?
Yes, there is a minimum of $5.00 plus 18% handling and restocking charge for processing returns. In order to avoid purchasing the wrong item it is suggested that you email us to verify your application. Provide the year make and model of the vehicle with the inquiry.
Can I pay with a personal check?
Due to security issues and time constraints for clearing funds; personal, company checks or Money Orders are not accepted. Please use Google Checkout or PayPal. If PayPal is used, your shipping address must be a confirmed address by PayPal. We reserve the option to cancel any transaction if the address is unconfirmed.
How do I pay for my purchase?

Can shipping be combined?
When ordering multiple items, please go to checkout, BUT do not pay at checkout. We will then combine your items and send you an invoice which includes your shipping and handling. Let us know if you prefer Google Checkout or PayPal and we will invoice you accordingly.
Can I use Google Checkout or PayPal to pay for my purchase?
Your Google or PayPal payment is welcomed, however; be aware that if PayPal requires shipment to your registered & confirmed address. Due to security issues, we reserve the option to cancel any order that has a PayPal unconfirmed delivery address.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! Please keep in mind the following; For international customers, the standard shipping method is United States Postal Service (USPS). Normal delivery is 6 to 10 business days, however each shipping provider takes a different amount of time to reach the desired destination. Check with your country's customs office on specifics on when your package will clear after it leaves the USA. Note that we reserve the right to require specific shipping provider for orders based upon the destination address and/or the value of the products purchased. Be aware that if your vehicle was made for a different market outside the USA that some parts may not interchange. Safety related and emission parts may not fit at all. Our return policies apply to all orders including international orders and while domestic orders are fairly inexpensive to ship, international orders can be expensive.
Who pays the import duties and taxes for international orders?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The charges from Net Auto Parts include only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping and handling. Any additional charges for customs clearance and shipper brokerage fees must be taken care of by the recipient/buyer. We have no control over customs charges and cannot predict what they may be. All packages are marked as merchandise (not gifts) with the actual purchase price as the customs value to fall in line with customs practices. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for more information.
Can I leave feedback?
Qualified Buyers that pay instantly using only PayPal or Google Checkout receive an email from email@example.com with a link at the time the payment was made and again about 21 days later. Buyers must have the link to leave feedback. Keep in mind that many mail systems put all noreply emails in the trash or spam folder.
